This website is operated by Hung Tran, a California real estate salesperson (DRE #02173126), whose responsible broker is Century Financial Group, Corp. (DRE #01930905), 8295 Bolsa Avenue, Midway City, CA 92655. “We” and “us” in this policy mean Hung Tran and Century Financial Group, Corp..

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Valuation request: property address, name, email, and phone number (optional).
• Strategy consultation: name, email, phone (optional), your goal, property type, preferred date and time, and any notes such as a property address or timeline.
• Seller's Playbook and newsletter: name and email.
• Your consent choices: whether you agreed to text messages and which version of our notice you saw.
• Voice assistant: if you start a conversation with the on-site voice assistant, the audio, its transcript, and anything you say during the conversation.
• Email and phone: anything you send us directly.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device information, used by our hosting provider and by Cloudflare Turnstile to deliver the site and block spam.
• A language preference cookie when you use the translation menu, and a browser storage entry recording that you have seen our disclaimer.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or social media pixels on this website.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, prepare a market analysis, or schedule a consultation.
• To send the guide or newsletter you asked for.
• To provide real estate services if you choose to work with us.
• To protect the site against spam, fraud, and abuse.
• To meet legal, licensing, and recordkeeping duties, including those of the California Department of Real Estate.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run this website and respond to you. They may use it only to provide their service to us:

• Vercel hosts the website.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for bots.
• n8n processes form submissions and sends our emails.
• Google Translate loads the translation menu and translates pages when you choose a language.
• ElevenLabs powers the voice assistant and processes its audio and transcripts.

We may also share information with our responsible broker, Century Financial Group, Corp.; with others involved in a transaction you ask us to handle (such as escrow, lenders, or inspectors), with your direction; and when required by law, subpoena, or a licensing authority.

No sale or sharing of personal information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use sensitive personal information for any purpose other than responding to you. Because we do neither, we do not offer a “Do Not Sell or Share” link, but we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out request in any case.

Calls, texts & email

• When you submit a form, we will contact you by email, or by phone if you gave a number, about that request.
• We send text messages only if you tick the text-message box on a form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time.
• Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe by emailing info@maxhungtran.org with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line. We act on requests within 10 business days.
• Voice assistant conversations are recorded and transcribed. By starting a conversation you agree to that recording. If you do not agree, please call or email us instead.

Cookies, tracking & Do Not Track

The site uses only the essential cookies and storage described above. Third parties that provide the translation menu, voice assistant, and spam check may set their own cookies when those features load. Your browser's Do Not Track setting does not change how the site works, because we do not track you across other websites.

Retention & security

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up. If you become a client, we keep transaction records for the period California law requires brokers to keep them, which is at least three years. We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access limits. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your California privacy rights

California residents may ask us to:

• tell them what personal information we hold and how we use it;
• delete their personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
• correct inaccurate personal information;
• stop using their information for marketing.

To make a request, email info@maxhungtran.org or call (714) 858-6959. We will confirm your identity by matching the details you provide to our records and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. Under California's “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code §1798.83), we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
